Shipping Time

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours or once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
